If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.
Krystal Shop is not responsible for:
- Normal wear and tear of jewelry
- Improper care, misuse, or accidental damage
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
